In order to determine the future direction of Mongolian education development, it is necessary to consider the Vision of Education for the New Century, the research being conducted around the World on this issue, the impact of new technologies entering the Education Sector, and the current state of society, economy, culture, and technology in our country. This will provide a clear structure for research that will help predict the future course of our Education Development.
Considering that research in this area should be conducted in Mongolia without delay, in this article we propose a variant of determining the Framework of some factors relevant to studying and determining the future of Mongolian Education Development in the New Century, and we do not deny that other researchers have approached the issue from a different perspective.
