One notable example is the integration of AI-powered Copilot into Microsoft Excel, which has greatly enhanced data-driven decision-making. For example, the integration of AI-powered Copilot in Microsoft Excel has led to major improvements in data-driven decision-making. Excel’s AI capabilities help users perform data analysis, generate predictions, streamline workflows, and automate tasks, significantly enhancing efficiency and accuracy, as highlighted by Microsoft. This study explores the core concept of Microsoft 365 Copilot, its application within Microsoft Excel, and the resulting impacts following its implementation. The research analyzes real-world use cases and user experiences, confirming that AI Copilot reduces manual tasks, enhances data processing and analytical capabilities, and supports data-driven decision-making. However, challenges such as the need for user training remain when adopting this system.
