GENDER DIFFERENCES IN FACULTY SATISFACTION SURVEY
Abstract
Faculty satisfaction surveys are conducted periodically at the Mongolian University of Science and Technology. This research is based on data analysis of the faculty satisfaction survey conducted in April 2023. Gender does not matter in the perception of communication ethics and school management. Male faculty members feel more pressured by housing issues, are more critical of the workplace environment, and have higher needs to advance in academic research. Female faculty members place more importance on curriculum development and higher evaluation of the student’s learning achievements.
